How long does delivery take?
We package the order within 1-2 days of purchase then deliver it via Australia Post which takes upto 5 working days and so you should receive your order within 7 working days. International orders may take 10-14 days via EMS.
Can I have it delivered to a different address? Yes, you can have it sent to anywhere in Australia. We just need your name and email address for correspondence but will be happy to send it to a different address. This service if perfect for anyone who would like to purchase it as a gift for a loved one!
Can I pick up my purchase in person? Regretably, no because we are an online company with no retail front. This saves on costs which we are able to pass on to you as savings.
